❌🦮 No Pets Allowed: While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found during your stay, a $200 fee will be applied to your reservation. We do, however, reasonably accommodate service animals, but please note that emotional support animals are not permitted under this policy.
Events Policy: We welcome celebrations upon approval from hosts. Events are subject to an additional fee.
🚭 Smoking/ E-vape Policy: Smoking IS NOT allowed indoors at our units. Evidence of smoking (odor, cigarette butts, etc.) will be subject to a $250 dollar fee. We reasonabley accommodate smoking outside (not underneath the covered patio areas) and ask that disposal of any debris after use.
👪 Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 Guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
🙏 Respect for the property: Please treat the property and its amenities with care and respect. Please remember that this is someones home and any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
❌ 🛋️ Do not move furniture or items in the house: this is a safety issue and to eliminate the potential for accidents and broken items. Broken items due to moving them from their original place will result in an additional fee.

🐊 Respect Florida’s Wildlife: The river is home to a variety of native species, including fish, turtles, and alligators. For your safety and theirs, please do not approach or disturb any wildlife. Remember, interacting with or harassing these animals is not only dangerous but could also lead to significant fines imposed by state-regulated fishing and game wardens who regularly monitor the area.
