Enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, and live music venues, or take a stroll through Depot Park. The Grove Street Farmer’s Market, held every Monday at 4 PM, offers a taste of the city’s vibrant community and fresh produce.

Our dual smart lock system ensures a secure, keyless, and contactless entry experience. Upon arrival, you’ll enter through a shared common foyer with a Yale smart lock, followed by a second smart lock for your private unit. Guests will receive a unique entry code for seamless access using a smartphone or keypad.

We strive to be responsive and helpful throughout your stay, communicating via text or the Airbnb app. While we observe a quiet period between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, we’ll always follow up the next morning to address any concerns promptly.

The Foyer

The main foyer is a shared entryway for all guests. With its original wood flooring and historic charm, it sets the tone for your stay. Please keep in mind that sound travels easily in this area, so we ask guests to tread lightly and be mindful of others.

Private Patio Area

Each unit has its own designated patio space on the north side of the property. This area is for your use only and includes a walkway leading to the front yard. Please watch your step, as the ground may be uneven.

Front Porch

The front porch is a shared space for all units (except Unit A, which has a private deck). It’s the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning or evening outdoors.

Courtesy to Neighbors

We value a peaceful environment for all. Please be respectful when using shared spaces, parking, and while inside the unit. Keeping noise to a minimum helps ensure a relaxing stay for everyone.

Window AC Units

The unit includes two window AC units—one in the dining area and one in the bedroom. For best performance, keep exterior doors closed while they are running. Controls are located directly on the units.

Some areas of the home involve stairs. Please take caution, especially when carrying luggage. Your safety and comfort are important to us.
