Whether you’re here for scallop season, spring hopping, boating, or simply doing nothing at all — Club Fet Springs House gives you the space to do it well.

Club Fet Springs House features a smart lock system designed to make arrival and departure simple and stress-free.

Prior to check-in, you will receive your designated access code, which will activate at 4:00 PM on your arrival day and automatically deactivate at your scheduled checkout time.

The entire home and property are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, allowing you to come and go freely without coordinating keys. Guests also enjoy private access to the spring water directly behind the home, along with a private launch area for kayaks and paddleboards, making it easy to get out on the water whenever you like.

In the rare event of a smart lock issue or malfunction, there is a designated hard key located on the premises. If needed, please contact us and we will promptly direct you to it.

While we are not onsite during your stay, we are always nearby and easily reachable.

We are just a message, text, or phone call away and are happy to assist with local recommendations, questions about the home, or basic troubleshooting.

Our standard business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Messages received outside of these hours will be answered the next morning.

However, in the event of a lockout, we can assist outside of normal business hours.

This home is located along the Homosassa River in a natural environment.

Guests are required to respect the surrounding wildlife, river, springs, and all natural features of the property. Wildlife may include fish, birds, insects, reptiles, and other native species.

Please do not feed, disturb, or interfere with wildlife. Always use caution near the water and surrounding areas.

The river level may change due to tides and natural conditions. Guests assume responsibility for their safety when using or being near the water.

Kayaks & Paddleboards Disclaimer

Kayaks and paddleboards are provided as a complimentary amenity for guest use.

If guests choose to use them, a signed release form is required prior to use. This is mandatory.

Life vests are provided and must be worn or readily accessible for each user at all times while on the water.

Guests assume all risk associated with the use of kayaks, paddleboards, and river access. The property owners and managers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages related to water activities.
